The media has led us to believe that the local community is powerless.
Couple that with the fact that the average family in the inner city consists of a single parent, or two-parent "working"
household, and you have a recipe for disaster.
More parents are working more hours just to provide food and shelter for their children. This in turn
is allowing outside influences to have control over the raising of our youth. Community action means just that.
We are calling on the community to take action in order to take back the community, and there are many prisoners who have
solutions (based on their own personal experiences).
