This portion of the site is dedicated to solutions for helping our educational system.  Unfortunately, education has taken a back seat to incarceration.  The legislature has cowered to the prison guards union and have fallen prey to the millions of dollars that they, and the affiliated contractors, have stuffed in their campaign funds.

The writing is definitely on the wall.  The average inmate has a 6th grade comprehension level.  There's no wonder that inmates in California have the highest recidivism rate in the nation.  THEY ARE UNEDUCATED!!  So what can we, as average citizens do?
